AS 1168 1/10/25 SEA-BUR (Dinner)

Preorder offered four choices:

Tillamook Cheddar Burger
Chicken (fill in the unknown) Salad
Brazilian Beef (fill in the unknown) Bowl
Fruit and Cheese Platter (served on a plate)

Option Chosen: Brazilian Beef Bowl pre-ordered

PBD - Can’t remember if offered
Beverage/Meal Orders - Taken after level off

Beverages delivered first, but no snack mix to entire cabin

Food orders delivered with cookie (one tray) refill drinks were on request and only offered once. Flag-down otherwise.

Another meal in a bowl that had no accompaniment other than the bowl of food. This item had a better seasoning and taste. It’s served with cooked plantains (tostones) and nothing spicy about this dish.

Additional beverages on flag-down request only. I don’t remember if the snack basket came around, but I think NOT.

Quite a contrast to the previous flight, and made me wonder why the service consistencies can’t be the same on all flights. Both were on -900 aircraft with 4 FA.
