Just booked what will be my first trip in LP, for roughly a month from now. Round trip from IAD to CPH. I hemmed and hawed about booking AF LP or BA F, as the latter was roughly 1/3 the cost. But I’ve been wanting to do LP for a while so decided to just bite the bullet; there is always going to be a cheaper option.

Any reports on the ground services at either IAD or CPH? And if I am interested in the complimentary facial at the Sisley spa at the lounge, do I need to pre-arrange that? My layover is several hours in both directions so I should have plenty of time.
