My glass of sparkling water is missing in the photo below, however this was the offering for pre-departure snacks on the SIN-LHR sector of BA16 last night. At least there was champagne available throughout the flight which was a vast improvement on the previous SYD-SIN sector where halfway through the flight we were down to Castelnau.

Although the chap working the cabin was very amenable, the rest of the service on SIN-LHR was far from up to scratch. No slippers offered (as it turns out they had only loaded size small), no hot towels etc...

BA only seem to be capable of being consistently inconsistent.
