Smoked salmon and avocado timbale



Apple cured Hampshire chalk stream trout (a bit dry and solid – but I guess that’s the ‘cured’ bit).
(sorry - no photo - I ate the evidence!)

Artisan cheese selection

Mrs CKBA had the Celeriac soup (very good), Fresh tagliarini (ball of pasta), and Berry bread and butter pudding (very good)
All served with a smile :-) - only downside was wine order was only taken with the main selection at the start, with no offerings (or top ups) during the meal.
