I was super unimpressed with Andaz (excepting only the concierges, who were great) so it's difficult to answer that question, except to say that there's no way I personally would pay a grand a night (USD) to to stay at Centric. At 30k points, I'm looking forward to our stay in March.

That's not much of a selling point for Andaz IMO. I found the immediate surrounds (high rise office park) totally unappealing. YMMV.
