It's a 10-15 min walk.

After you exit immigration and customs, one issue is there is no way to walk from A to D inside the terminal before going airside (someone correct me if I'm wrong here). So you'll have to go down to street level and walk outside along the sidewalk to D. Not the end of the world, but not the easiest walk either especially with bags.
