in fairness USB shutdown is not really a big deal. There are not many cards you are being locked out of if you get shut down
Talking about the AR card is a waste of time. It is no longer available on the market, and therefore, unless someone does something really stupid with it, USB doesn't care. They are happy to collect their $400 and give you its benefits, which can be found discussed
here.
Congrats on having the card. I agree with
soy that the USB card offerings are very meh
However, it doesn't negate the numerous DPs on how USB plays with MSers, unfortunately.
