This is not the first time the question popped up in the forum, I asked myself the same question a few months ago when planning a trip to China next month.
This is indeed a problem between Accor and the local Chinese company managing those hotels leading to a complete separation and the unique situation of China low and mid scale Accor brand not belonging to Accor anymore.
