Looking to book a return flight MAD-DOH-SIN.

For the same price, booking with Iberia on IB code gives me more options in terms of flight times and also QSuites all the way to SIN than if I book with QR. My question is, how many elite points on the MAD-DOH sector if operated by QR but with IB Code? The reason I am asking is that I believe for QR code the partner airline table should apply and because it is more than 3000miles should award 500 Elite Points in J.
