How to contact flying blue during non office hours to cancel award ticket within 24 h
So I was on hold for over an hour and I was hung up upon. Apparently they close at 11pm et tonight. It is not possible to cancel my ticket online. i am trying to cancel it within the 24 hour window.

Who do I contact? Is there a France number to contact? Can I contact air France or they will want me to contact FB?

I tried WhatsApp and they claim they'll work on this. They don't really respond to my messages
