There were a few carve outs listed (for things like the mini bar), but I unfortunately don't remember the details. That said, I don't think room service was excluded.

Something that I forgot to mention earlier is that it might be possible to get a reservation for an on-property restaurant even if you don't see availability on the website. I messaged the hotel and they were able to secure a table for me.
