I knew the phone agent could not approve the request. I was not aware of the waiver dates when I posted and was not looking for a no-fee waiver. My thought was not the better class of service, just the offer of giving up two LAX seats options. It may be hard for some to realize that some people respect the neighbor helping neighbor idea. Look how that worked in North Carolina. Thanks for asking.
