I have the Amex Delta Reserve card and did not achieve the $75K in spend to waive the annual limit.

Here's my question: I am Platinum Medallion and next week am flying Premium Select to Europe. I intend to visit the SkyClub prior to departure. May I assume Delta will NOT count this visit against my 15-visit limit, as I would have had lounge access even without my Reserve card? Will Delta IT be "smart enough" to figure this out?

I assume it will be a "not uncommon" scenario for a Reserve card holder to have situations where they have lounge access by methods other than their Reserve card.
