My recent useless experience with concierge was last spring when I was in Orlando on what I didn't realize was Daytona race weekend. Booked a rental car through costco travel for budget due to an insanely good (in retrospect not worth it) rate and the check in counter line was 2+ hours. Called concierge while in line to see if they could help me find a car (all the major companies were sold out), and they weren't able to find a car or get in touch with budget
