It's a Dual RBD fare that validate both P and K availability. Put you in P only when K is available. Pricing point is based on K fares.
Unlike PNA0A0ES, those Dual RBD fares require all segments to be UA Operated by UA. Those Dual RBD fares are common in Caribbeans, northern South America (Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana), and domestic markets. Quite weird that they publish Dual RBD fares to Bolivia since they don't operate flights to there.
