Not really. The personal card sign up you'd have 60k points while here you'd have 75k, assuming all 1x categories. Also you'd only have 5 nights here be 11 with personal.
Those to me are the biggest difference in benefits, obviously the fee is different too
PRO, sort of: The biz card has the two $50 credits applicable against a bill from any property in the Hyatt family. That makes the AF difference negligible, assuming your stay/spending habits align w/using the credit.
CON: With the consumer card, you get a FNC on/around your card anniversary without having to spend $15K that could be better applied to earning SUBs on other cards. (There was a point a few years back when Hyatt/Chase withheld the FNC until 6-8 weeks after the AF statement, making it impossible to get the cert & then cancel at no cost. This has been relaxed: last year I closed my personal card AND got the FNC within the 30-day period.)
