This is happening across all industries. Premium customers (highest tier) used to be rewarded with exclusivity and exceptional service, but now they are being "enhanced" to go back to the public area like the rest of the folks.
At SGS, there is no lounge. If you're entitled to breakfast because of Bonvoy status (or if you're staying in a suite), you go to the regular buffet and have as much as you want of the incredibly wide variety of foods, -- western, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Indian, etc.
