If they're closely-enough linked to the hotel's operations that their billing integrates to the hotel's, then I consider it part of the hotel operation. Exactly. This is what the point system should be based on. Anything you can charge to your room you get points.
We are not supposed to play Sherlock Holmes just to find out what yields ponies it not. I know the easiest is not to care - I don't have a gold mine and I only travel in my own dime so I do care about the points very much.
