i've noticed that since COVID that was temporary is now permanent, and that is lounges no longer serve breakfast like in the past, and you have to go to the public cafeteria. Is this true everywhere or is this just true in East Asia? Across the board they are cutting this benefit and across the brands (JW, Marriott, Grand Sher, Sher, etc.)

This is happening across all industries. Premium customers (highest tier) used to be rewarded with exclusivity and exceptional service, but now they are being "enhanced" to go back to the public area like the rest of the folks.
