If you are on a single ticket and your luggage is checked through (or hand luggage only), it may be possible.

Make your way through transfers to the KQ Pride lounge (only one with showers). You can then let the lounge staff know you wish to go landside for a few hours and they will arrange an escort to immigration. Remember to have an eTA.
