yesterday the AOT staff was directing everyone to the normal one at the entrance. I insisted and they checked my BP and send me and a few of my fellow passengers were also directed to the normal one. They saw me on the other side of the barrier and I told them that they should be getting fast track and they went back and was eventually let in.
I think the issue is that unless you tell the staff that you are business class they direct you to the normal queue.
