Got an upgrade from PE to J from TPE to BKK at a very reasonable price. Don’t know if PE was full or not and they gave me one because I put a bid or on PE being full and I had G. If so a double win for them.
As comparing with Middle East airlines they don’t have PE and are not Star A and TK normally have 2-2-2 seating in Business on the very long hauls. BR soft products are much better and cheaper than other Star G as a package. SQ doesn’t fly to YYZ or YUL.
