I don't think there's any secondary inspection on arrival for TTP. Based on https://www.moj.go.jp/isa/immigratio...ocument07.html, your choice is the TTP booth on T2 departure level, but they only open until 1600. You will have to do your secondary inspection when before youre departure flight from Japan.
