P2 just got this phone call from (888) 800-5234 presumably for his new Biz Gold card. What is this about?

This is the American Express identity Protection Team. This is not a sales call. Please return this call at 1-888-800-5234, or by dialing the phone number on the back of your card. We are available 24 hours a day everyday. Please call us back at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
We just met the minimum spend legitimately. We did use the card in a foreign country (not huge amounts just normal dining and grocery spend). P2 doesn't really want to call and I hate to bother him.

Will not calling result in an FR?
