I bought two years of All Plus Ibis in Mach, 2023. (Cheap way of getting early check-in on a specific trip that year because it came with Gold then) Had no Accor stays in 2024, and got a message the other day that I was Gold until the end of 2025.

I guess their system in present form couldn’t handle a Gold status that was supposed to expire on 31/3/2025 and the way of handling that worked in my favor?
