The ORD Flagship lounge for AA is 3x the size of Polaris at ORD. ORD Flagship is smaller than DFW/MIA. LAX Flagship is about the same size as ORD Polaris and it's the smallest Flagship. JFK Flagship is massive and brand new. Yes, materially larger. Obviously, different hub networks work for different people. Weirdly, AA doesn't have a Flagship lounge at CLT, that's the one place that is always crowded but that just feels like the normal UC (and occasional Polaris) experience and it's 10% of my touchpoints with AA lounges. Most importantly, the experience at my home base is just night and day better in the AA flagship and I get to use it when I fly anywhere!
There is no more JFK Flagship. Are you referring to SoHo and/or Greenwich and/or Chelsea? I’ve only been to SoHo and Chelsea and neither is massive (though combined they’re a good size). I haven’t been to Greenwich.
