Weirdly, AA doesn't have a Flagship lounge at CLT, that's the one place that is always crowded but that just feels like the normal UC (and occasional Polaris) experience and it's 10% of my touchpoints with AA lounges. Most importantly, the experience at my home base is just night and day better in the AA flagship and I get to use it when I fly anywhere!
There is no more JFK Flagship. Are you referring to SoHo and/or Greenwich and/or Chelsea? I’ve only been to SoHo and Chelsea and neither is massive (though combined they’re a good size). I haven’t been to Greenwich.
