The non-alcoholic beverage selection was self-serve. I thought the corn chowder on the buffet was delicious, though some of the individual servings looked like they had been under the heat lamp for a while - I went to the buffet right after it was refreshed. The other buffet offerings looked OK to me though nothing special, including a grilled cheese/prosciutto sandwich, salad and a selection of desserts. A couple of made to order items were available in the airstream area, which I did not try. The lounge slowly filled up and I have no idea if a wait list became needed. My guest was there for about two hours, while I had a long stay of about six hours. Used dishes and glassware were cleared regularly and the servers were pleasant. I was given a Reserve luggage tag as the primary cardholder. It was quiet enough where we were seated for me to get quite a bit of work done. Only one of the two restrooms was operational though I never saw more than one person waiting for access.

My expectations were low after reading the previous reports and I'm happy to say I had a better experience than anticipated. I had been ready to abort after a short time and try the Escape lounge, but decided otherwise. This was my first opportunity to experience a Chase lounge.
Glad you had a good experience. I'm strongly considering dropping CSR for another premium priority pass card if March 31st passes without an extension. These comparison data points are appreciated as Amex Plat is a real consideration.

The airstream serves a spicy cauliflower with blue cheese as well as a wrap. The wrap (turkey and mushroom IIRC) tends to get soggy. Depending on your preferences, you may not have missed anything
