I feel like if it can be charged to the room, it should earn points. Parking, spa, restaurant... whatever. As a guest, I don't care if the venue is run by the hotel or any outside company. If they're closely-enough linked to the hotel's operations that their billing integrates to the hotel's, then I consider it part of the hotel operation. This would simplify things for all of us--the guests, the hotels themselves, and Bonvoy. If this results in hotels paying a few more dollars to Bonvoy to pay for those points, then just add those few dollars to the price of the service--it would be worth it to me.
