Thanks. To stay at SS Paro at the end sounds ideal. I haven't tried to make separate reservations as the enquiry was made directly with AK and SS for the whole duration of the trip. Both are giving special packages/offers for a minimum number of nights stay. To break it might mean we won't get as better offers.
I had same predicament when I began trip at SS Paro due to no pool at Aman Paro. The rest of trip was Amankora. The wonderful thing was Aman reservations in Bhutan booked SS paro ( incld a good rate) and coord ground transportation etc ( SS pick up upon arrival and departure to airport for Bumthang )
Aman staff took over at Paro airport for departure to Bumthang.
Aman and SS staff may know each other and will coordinate.
