Looking for some advice on a ORC. Booked IN J FOR MAN-LHR- WAW then WAW- LHR - MAN. MAN -LHR was cancelled by BA due to weather. They rerouted me MAN - FRA on Lufthansa then FRA - WAW on LOT. I put my Qatar Privilege club number in BA booking as this trip would have pushed me to Qatar Gold. I now need to claim ORC to be able to make gold.
I contacted BA and have been told they can’t credit to Qatar account. Qatar have told me BA have to credit it.

Who do I submit ORC claim to - BA or Qatar? Any advice will be gratefully received.
