Trying to escape from L.A. fires but BA won’t waive change fee (waiver only for bookings before 14th) and BA can’t take any payments currently due to IT failure. Meanwhile am hopefully booked on today’s BA282 but BA can’t reissue e-tkt until payment made.

Bit of a Catch-22. You’d think that BA might find a way to waive change fee (£35) given that the problem is down to them.

And the fact that i keep getting notifications to prepare to evacuate doesn’t help my sanity.
