Having a similar issue with TK flight booked using Lifemiles. Was able to get the TK PNR from Lifemiles but still not able to manage the booking in TK app or website.

Not too worried about choosing a seat since it's a short flight but just want to confirm it's actually ticketed on the TK side since there's been some horror stories. Will probably call in to confirm.
