Where does it say award flights do not count? The way I read it was 4 segments without qualification as to whether it was an award or paid segment.
That another good point! Sure QR is pretty bad on written. That made ppl confuse. Even though the call center representative didn’t know the details. One of their representative even told me that “spending on credit card won’t earn Qpoints, only earn Avios”. QR please re-training them all over again. They really have no idea what im asking
