I filed three missing miles requests for viator, after waiting the requisite 60 days after your activity has been completed. Two were awarded correctly, the third was rejected due to a lack of a store visit, which may actually be correct (I was already on vacation, it's entirely possible I screwed it up). I'm happy with the cartera customer service in this regard, though I obviously would prefer that it tracked automatically.
