I've re-qualified for ggl in the short year ending in a few months but am unlikely to do so next year. If I understand correctly I will get new partner cards in April which could in theory be left to use in March 2026 and would then give status till March 2027. Correct?

Has anyone looked at awarding yourself a card? Previously it would be hard to imagine going from ggl to nada but with recent changes....
