For people who are dropping in status in 2025 (compared to 2024), note that Aeroplan says not to expect to see "Select Benefits" until February. The rest of us get them in January as usual:

"If you’re expecting a downgrade in your Elite Status in 2025, your 2024 Elite Status will be extended until January 31, 2025, giving you an extra month to enjoy your travel benefits. Your new Elite Status, if applicable, will take effect on February 1, 2025, and your Core and Select Benefits will be available by mid‑February."
