Issues...? Thats putting it lightly. Samsung and Cartera and AAdvantage (I dont leave the latter off the hook because its their program) dragged me through an almost 8 week process to manually post my miles and LP in the 1st place... then about 5 weeks after the post-dated credit I suddenly get a claw-back and my miles are pulled from my account. I know for certain that I did not return any of the purchased products, and I dont have to argue the validity of my purchase since that was already vetted by Cartera and Samsung when I filed my original claim for credit.... so to this day I still dont understand what sort of an "audit" could have triggered the clawback of a process that was manually conducted by all parties involved...... perhaps audits are automated and the software just doesnt work properly...??

This is getting frustrating to the point of me now dragging my feet and not bothering to use the AA Shopping platform, if all transactions start becoming a wisdom-tooth extraction experience, it kinda' defeats the purpose...... (sigh)
