Anyone advise which seats are good on a 737-300 on QF117 Sydney to Wellington?

I believe the exit doors are the best to get any others?

I fly out tomorrow night, can I ring QANTAS and ask for a particular seat before check in?

I've checked the site checkmytrip and no seating alocation avaialble. Anyone know a site with this particular aircrafts seating map?

What about on a 767-300/300ER ?

Trip is Sydney - Wellington - Wellington - Melbourne - Melbourne Sydney
