I searched the thread but past threads about this topic are very old.

I have 51,000 miles that expired last year for inactivity. I normally get an email about the expiration but I did not this time around. (Not blaming Etihad, since I obviously let it sit there and expire!)

Has anyone have any recent experience and been successful in getting the miles reinstated somehow?
