Hello fellow travellers,
I flew from Miami to Cancun on Dec 25th, 2024 with Aeromexico. However, I haven't received the Eurobonus points for that flight ever since. I tried to claim my points on the SAS retro system, but the attempt was unsuccessful. I have also called the customer service and they gave me a case number, however I haven't heard from them ever since, which is a week ago. I also sent my boarding pass and original e-ticket copy to their email address
[email protected], however I haven't received their reply. I really don't know what else I could do. Could anyone give any advice on how to claim the points? Any help would be appreciated!
