The other two areas both have lots of new buildings planned for the next few years (especially the Queens Quay harbourfront area), so there will be lots of supply available in those areas. Ditto - from a liveability perspective, Harbourfront is on the wrong side of the Gardiner which, believe it or not, can make a difference. King/Spadina = lots of construction and not a lot of basic amenities (like access to good supermarkets, etc.) like you would find near the St. Lawrence Market or even Harbourfront, which now has a massive Loblaws relatively close by.
