I am enjoying the (various) references to
Kübler-Ross' five stages of grief. Whilst the model is not discredited, the notion that the stages are sequential has broadly been discredited/surpassed - the stages and sequences are bespoke to the individual, much like the reactions to these changes to BA's loyalty programme.
