I also agree they are consistently inconsistent. Used the card for a variety of airline incidentals (apologies as I know this is the lifestyle credits thread) throughout the year in 2023 and 2024. Almost everything tracked in 2023 (award fees/taxes, seat assignments....etc) and almost nothing tracked this year. Just attempted United Travel Bank today to try to get the last of this credit. Fingers crossed it works.
