Currently trying to file a delayed baggage compensation claim on BA.com (have already filed an original case at the airport). The website will not allow me to click "Next" after inputting my contact information. I'm starting to think that this is intentionally a painful process. I have tried Incognito/Private mode, multiple browsers, et cetera but no luck. Does anyone know of a good workaround?
