No it wouldn't be, at least not on anything resembling the current terms. This is a single property version of SLH all over again...no benefits, and an overpriced path to burn points on at subpar (even worse than SLH) value and zero reason to ever book cash rates, as they do nothing but earn a few points and night credit but require direct Hyatt booking at grossly inflated pricing compared to other booking channels like direct. Utter garbage and any Wynn partnership (not that there is any reason to believe this would happen) would be less than useless given that it would be most likely at the same or even worse (although that is almost impossible to conceive) terms.
