Nothing today in ET despite only 3 rows of CE on LHR-MAN. I know it's usually a really short flight but today it was a good 2 hours gate to gate.

Either way, nothing in 2025 will be better than the wonderful CC on my flight GVA - LHR last week when I was bumped off the LGW flight and plonked in Row 25 an an A319 right next to the toilet.

Boarded last, space found for my rucksack ("you're too tall to try to get that under the seat in front of you"), bottle of water, the loan of a power bank as there was no in-seat power, a cup of tea and advice on how to get to LGW from LHR. Just truly excellent and my first golden ticket issued for almost 3 years.
