Hi,

I would say that the Bay view is very good ( you can get a view of the sunrise and late afternoon sun and the view at night towards odaiba ) whereas the city view ( due to the nearby tall buildings ) is only ok -ie the nearby tall buildings take up a good portion of the view. Conrad osaka has a better city view imo.
Very good hotel regardless. Enjoy your stay.
