Angry Arangrant Experiences

We spent months trying to resolve a crucial issue with our tickets that were purchased back in late March/early April. We paid IN FULL for 10 business class tickets for our family and their agent screwed up and only purchased 9. Recently while trying to resolve this, another agent said that Arangrant "discounted" the economy (10th) ticket, which IN FACT did NOT discount the ticket. This whole issue ended up embarrassing and hurting needlessly our 10th family member. Not only that, the economy seated passenger was expected to PAY for meals and snacks!!! Totally unacceptable. We have used this company several times for tickets and each time we have experienced an unexpected and unpleasant problem. We ALWAYS request SPECIFIC seats (such as lie-flat seats for the longest legs) and to date we have NOT received everything we have paid for. We always like to give the benefit of the doubt and allow for some things, but to have problems every single time we purchase from their company is just egregious and unconscionable. Thus we will not be using their company any more, plus we will share our issues with everyone we know – social media is VERY powerful.
