I've got an upcoming stay here for three nights in a couple of weeks. I just booked it this week as we had originally planned on staying at a different Marriott property but decided the Conrad would be the best use of my free night certificate before it expires. The agent was able to book us into a King City View with the FNC for the first night, but it wasn't showing the same room type available for the second two nights, so to avoid having to switch rooms, I accepted a Twin City View for all three nights. I am just a lowly Gold now since my work travel has been a bit wonky the last couple of years. Obviously, upgrades are never a guarantee, but is there any way to notify them that my preference for an upgrade would be to a King room over a Twin? Don't really need or care about a suite upgrade and despite what Hilton wants us to believe, a room across the hall with a different view is not an upgrade so I'm just hoping for a King Executive room.
