When I used to track it, i found it was about 85% accurate, with some specific properties that I stay at F&B did not accrue. There is one property in particular that i know tags on-site dry cleaning for whatever reasons.
Some hotel include their F&B charge to the qualifying charges but some are not.
(And sometimes asking the staff onsite is not helping)
Spa charges are similar, no hard rule on that. Some hotel include their spa charges as qualifying charges, but other hotels are not.
Charging the bill to the room folio usually is the easiest (but not foolproof) way to see if the said charges included in the qualifying charges.
If the bill cannot be added to the room folios, then it certainly not qualifying.
Sadly the opposite is not fully true. some charges that can be charged to the room folios apparently is not eligible.
